Cask Marque for the Oakeley Arms

Celebrating Real Ale at the Oakeley Arms
Here at the Oakeley Arms we’re having a mini celebration this weekend…. and that’s because we’re delighted to announce that we recently passed the Cask Marque accreditation for real ale, because our beer is sooooooooooooo good!

The Cask Marque scheme is run by an independent body who visit their member pubs twice a year to check on the quality of their ale. The assessors are all qualified brewers with industry experience who call unannounced at member pubs and test all of the real ales on offer. They are all tested for the temperature they are served at (between 10 and 14 degrees), appearance, aroma and taste.
We are absolutely delighted that the Oakeley Arms passed with flying colours! There are not many Cask Marque accredited pubs in the area, so we are thrilled to be one of them. And of course, it means that our real ales are absolutely delicious, which is something we pride ourselves on.
So, why not pop down to the Oakeley Arms Bar and try one of our delicious real ales. We’ve always got a great selection to choose from – including ales from several local breweries (like Conwy Brewery, Great Orme Brewery, Big Bog Brewery of Waunfawr and the highly acclaimed Purple Moose).
See you at the bar!
