The hotel occupies a charming position on gently rising ground in the heart and quietude of the vale and enjoys delightful views of matchless beauty. The hotel is being lovingly restored to a very high standard. We offer a wide bar menu. All food is freshly prepared to order using fresh local produce wherever possible.

Food is served all-day Monday to Friday in the summer months. Over the winter months lunch is served 12.00 – 3.00pm and evenings 6.00 – 9.00 pm. Traditional Sunday lunch is available 12.00 – 3.00 pm. You can dine in either the reception bar area with the cosy log fire or in the restaurant.

On sunnier days you can enjoy your lunch or a drink in the beer garden. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around freely. For those of you who enjoy a quieter environment there is a more secluded garden, an ideal place to take an afternoon tea and sample traditional welshcakes, bara brith as well as scones or cream cakes.
