Snowdonia Giving

Posted On: Tue 23 May 2017 Posted In: Local News Oakeley Arms Posted By:

Here at the Oakeley Arms we are proud to live and work in the majestic Snowdonia National Park. Footpaths are worn, car parks are busy, facilities like public toilets ... read the full story

Rainy Day in Snowdonia

Posted On: Sun 06 Sep 2015 Posted In: Oakeley Arms Things To Do Posted By:

Although the sun shines down on us here MOST of the time in Snowdonia, we'll admit that there are one or two (haha) rainy days. But, as we've written about before on this blog, rain doesn't have to stop play. We've sent our friend Owain Llyr out on another family adventure - you can see how he gets on by watching the video below. He and his adorable co-stars are headed for an action packed day at the rather fabulous Harlech Castle, which is just a short drive from us here at the Oakeley Arms. https://youtu.be/l_wJ9cmpJtc read the full story

Part of the wonderful Vale of Ffestiniog, and just one of several woodland nature reserves nearby, so ... read the full story
